Jan. 9

Traffic stops: 11

Multiple calls from Spokane Police and Spokane County said a Medical Lake man reported he saw someone starting up his pickup truck and driving off in an unknown direction.

A caller said a man illegally sold a Subaru he owned to another man in Harrington seven years ago.

Serene Meadows in Davenport said one of their residents unexpectedly passed away.

Lincoln Hospital said a patient needed a ride home to her apartment on the 1300 block of Logan Street.

A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 174 near Bagdad Road.

A caller reported a possible driver under the influence westbound on Highway 2 at milepost 255.

Jan. 10

Traffic stops: 3

A Wilbur woman asked for an ambulance response to a home on Regent Avenue to assist a severely dehydrated woman.

A man said his car went off the road on Highway 23 somewhere between Sprague and Harrington.

A Reardan man said his child ran away from home.

A possible driver under the influence on Highway 25 at milepost 25 was reported.

A Mississippi woman said someone moved a camper onto her property in Sprague on the 300 block of West Oak Street.

A caller said he was having billing issues with a dental office in Wilbur.

Reardan Police requested a case number for five vape devices the school had confiscated throughout the year that needed to be destroyed.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on Lake and Poplar Streets in Reardan.

A Harrington man said his son kept grabbing at his pocket while the two men argued, and the caller said he believed his son had a gun in his pocket.

A Spokane man said his neighbor’s dogs jumped his fence and killed seven of his chickens.

A car off the road was reported at Ag Link just west of Reardan.

An employee with Johnson Family Towing said he was following a van weaving all over the roadway on Highway 2 at milepost 258.

Two running vehicles out of place were reported on the 200 block of Southeast Bell Street in Wilbur.

Jan. 11

Traffic stops: 6

A Wilbur woman reported a driver slumped over the wheel in a P.T. Cruiser parked at the gas pumps in town.

Davenport City Hall reported an abandoned vehicle at the local skate park.

A Davenport man reported an abandoned vehicle at Highway 25 and McCall Grade.

Reardan Police said a girl was caught with a vape at the local school.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 256.

A Davenport woman said someone came into her apartment on the 1300 block of Logan Street, broke glass and sprinkled drugs throughout the unit.

A Davenport man said a woman was walking around 13th Street screaming.

A caller requested a welfare check on his son.

A caller said she bought an RV and found what appeared to be blood when she removed the carpet.

Jan. 12

Traffic stops: 4

A commercial burglary alarm was reported going off at Rural Resources in Davenport.

A caller from Traders in Davenport asked for a deputy to investigate a suspicious man that had lingered at the store for a while.

An Edwall man reported a suspicious van on Highway 231 and Brown Road.

An Almira man reported theft.

A Cheney man reported an abandoned gray car parked on Highway 174 at Bagdad Road.

Jan. 13

Traffic stops: 5

A suspicious vehicle off the roadway was reported on Kupers Road by Highway 28.

An open-air 911 call came from a residence in Wilbur.

A Wilbur man reported a 75-year-old woman that fell and possibly broke her wrist.

Child Protective Services said they received an anonymous report of a 15-year-old smoking marijuana and drinking beer on the 400 block of Southeast Regent Avenue.

An Oregon woman called about a theft and trespass at her trailer on the 100 block of East First Street in Sprague.

Davenport Family Foods said their staff caught a 13-year-old girl stealing ice cream.

Serene Meadows in Davenport reported an expected death.

Jan. 14

Traffic stops: 11

An Odessa man said his adult daughter was living with him and turning into an alcoholic.

A one-vehicle rollover crash was reported near the Fort Spokane Store.

Paper service was given to an Odessa man.

Papers were served on the 200 block of South Fourth Street in Odessa.

A Davenport man said a dog had been parking all day long at a home on 10th and Marshall Streets.

Jan. 10

Petra Thomas Cook, 28, Liberty Lake. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of second-degree assault of a child and second-degree criminal mistreatment.

Jerry James Drake, 37, Des Moines. Out-of-state felony.

Jessee Jarrett Reyes, 23, Mountain Home. Out-of-state felony.

Derrick Shavar Williams, 39, Kennewick. Out-of-state felony.

Jan. 13

Karsen Sidney Collins, 18, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jan. 14

Tara Michelle Walters, 40, Sprague. Arrested by LCSO after being held in contempt of court.

Clarence Lee Chafin III, homeless, fourth-degree assault/domestic violence. Sentenced to five days in jail with credit for one day served.

Dylan Michael Borden, Lincoln, fourth-degree assault. Found not guilty by a jury.

Criminal docket-Jan. 10

Adrian Michael Fuentes, who is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle, failed to appear for a status hearing. A warrant was issued for his arrest with bail set at $2,500.

Rodney Dean Denley, who is charged with second-degree theft, third-degree malicious mischief and disturbing a survey monument, had a 3.5 suppression hearing with witness examination to begin his jury trial.

Charlene Alberta Patenaude, who is charged with second-degree assault, displaying weapons capable of producing harm and third-degree malicious mischief, had her case continued to Jan. 17.

Petra Thomas Cook, who is charged with second-degree assault of a child and second-degree criminal mistreatment, had his case continued to Jan. 17.
