Jan. 23

Traffic stops: 17

A suspicious man was reported on the 300 block of South Colfax Street in Sprague.

A caller said he saw a suspicious black van driving up and down Sprague Lake Resort Road.

A caller requested deputy assistance looking into suspicious activity at the intersection of Heimbigner, King Ranch and Schoonover Roads southeast of Odessa.

A Davenport woman said she saw a vehicle on the side of Highway 2 near the Inland Northwest Rail Museum.

Traffic stops: 18

A caller from Davenport Elementary School said a child ran away from school, but the child had gotten into their mother’s car.

A caller said people were messing with him and believed they were in his truck the previous night.

A caller said there were loud scratching noises under his floors.

An anonymous threat was reported in Odessa.

Jan. 25

Traffic stops: 14

A Harrington man said people had been in his house, removed his molding, stole his tools and messed with his stuff. He also said his ceiling was moving and the floor was bowing.

A Wilbur woman said her neighbor on Cliff Avenue had been blasting music out of his car for 15 minutes and she could hear it in her house over her TV and washing machine.

A disabled semitruck was reported on Highway 174 at milepost 30.

A Wilbur woman said she had reported a man playing music loudly on the 500 block of Southeast County Road multiple times.

Papers were served to a person on the 400 block of Southeast Trinity Avenue in Wilbur.

Traffic stops: 7

Assault was reported on the 31400 block of Aspen Lane near Hawk Creek.

A juvenile problem was reported in Reardan.

A Davenport couple said they saw a very suspicious vehicle on Third Street near the Avista substation.

An Edwall woman said a man kicked her dog in the face.

A Davenport man reported a man walking down Rocklyn Road northbound from Old Kucks Road wearing orange camouflage.

Spokane County Jail informed officers it was releasing a woman on a District Court warrant for failure to appear for a driving under the influence charge.

A Harrington man said he came up on a car in the ditch on Highway 28 at milepost 120 and the elderly female driver was complaining of low back pain.

A Reardan woman said someone destroyed the rental house they had been staying in.

A Reardan man said a truck had been sitting outside the local Highline Grain Growers for 10 minutes.

A Davenport woman said she slapped her boyfriend in the face so he punched her in the face five times and broke her jaw, but police discovered she had punched him and he had slapped her once across the face.

Traffic stops: 4

A Reardan woman said she believed someone was outside her trailer and on her proch on the 100 block of East Railroad Avenue.

A Reardan woman said she saw lights on in the home of the man whose animals she was caring for on the 36100 block of Oehlschlaeger Road north of Reardan.

A Creston woman reported a car off the roadway on Welch Creek Road.

Lincoln County District Court staff reported a suspicious person driving behind District Court blaring music and moving across different parking spots.

Davenport City staff said someone kicked in a door on a vacant hangar at the Municipal Airport.

A Moses Lake woman said she hadn’t heard from the woman she provides home care to on the 400 block of Ross Street in Davenport for three days.

A caller said he told his brother he wasn’t allowed to use his van, which upset the brother who complained to his girlfriend.

Harrington City staff reported an abandoned vehicle.

A Springdale woman was arrested, cited and released for driving under the influence.

A Davenport man reported two vehicles westbound on Highway 2 near milepost 266 impeding traffic.

A Reardan woman said her son was assaulted by some boys in front of their house on the 300 block of Oak Street.

Jan. 28

Traffic stops: 11

A Reardan woman requested extra patrols in the area of Waukon Road and Mountain View Lane.

A burglary alarm was reported going off behind Lincoln County District Court in a maintenance area.

A Reardan man said someone was driving on Addington Road up to the butte, and the road is currently closed and on private property.

A Reardan man reported a black GMC on the closed road on the Addington Road butte.

Traders in Davenport reported a suspicious person who “just hangs out at the store and won’t leave.”

A Reardan man said three young people were in his driveway saying they were looking for their friend.

A Lincoln man said people were doing siding on a house and listening to music loudly in their van on Hanson Harbor Road while the man was trying to sleep.

An Odessa man said his wife overdosed and he was unable to find their Narcan.

A Davenport man reported a suspicious vehicle on a summer road near Hayes and Omans Roads.
