The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office does not release names of individuals who report possible criminal or suspicious activities to dispatchers or alleged victims for this column.

Feb. 26

Traffic stops: 5

A suspicious vehicle was reported in Reardan on Broadway Avenue.

A caller said another man was staying in his neighbor’s apartment in Davenport.

Youths four-wheeling up and down Coal Creek Road without helmets were reported.

A Reardan woman said there were teenagers racing on Elm Street.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s dog broke through her fence and tried to attack her dog.

Animal Protection Services in Las Vegas said they had a dog that returned to a county owner attack another leashed dog at a Vegas R.V. park and kill that leashed dog.

A Reardan woman requested a civil standby while removing her items from a house on Oehlschlager Road.

A disabled vehicle was reported, but the occupants were just watching the Northern Lights.

Feb. 27

Traffic stops: 4

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Spokane County to be booked into inpatient services.

An abandoned vehicle was reported on Mohler Road between Harrington-Tokio Road and Highway 23.

Adult Protective Services made a referral to a person in Odessa.

A caller said he and his wife didn’t want their daughter on their property.

A stolen vehicle was find on Highway 25 18 miles north of Davenport.

A caller scheduled a civil standby per his divorce court order.

A two-vehicle crash was reported on Highway 28 between Harrington and Odessa.

A caller reported a 79-year-old woman who fell and needed help getting up.

A woman said there was as dog on the roof of the Tribune Smokehouse in Davenport.

Safeway in Davenport said two people were unable to make their purchases because they were too drunk.

Feb. 28

Traffic stops: 3

A vehicle in an embankment was reported on Highway 2 near Fictenberg Road west of Davenport.

Davenport Family Foods staff said a car was abandoned in the store parking lot for over 24 hours.

A Davenport man reported a youth having mental health issues.

A caller reported a blue semitruck with bad lane travel on Highway 174 toward Wilbur.

March 1

Traffic stops: 3

A caller from the school in Creston requested assistance with an emergency expulsion after a student allegedly brought a knife to school.

An Odessa man requested a welfare check on his daughter.

A Davenport woman said she saw a man sleeping on the bench at the local auction house on the 500 block of Morgan Street.

A man said he was in a two-car non-injury crash on Highway 2 at Bennett Road.

Mediscope America reported a 79-year-old woman with unknown medical issues in Davenport.

March 2

Traffic stops: 9

A caller requested a police escort from her home because she felt unsafe with her husband there.

A Davenport woman said her neighbors parked multiple snowmobiles on the Washington Street sidewalk.

A Davenport woman reported possible fraud.

A man was found leaving his car illegally parked.

A woman reported someone shooting a gun in the rock pit at Jack Brown and Lake Valley Loop Roads while on private property near Fishtrap.

A group of cars was reported on Alice Avenue and Birch Street in Odessa.

March 3

Traffic stops: 0

A Reardan man said his girlfriend was breaking windows and doors on the 49800 block of Alexander Road.

An Odessa woman requested a welfare check.

Adult Protective Services said a local woman was possibly being financially exploited.

Papers were served to a person on the 51400 block of Whispering Pines Drive.

March 4

Traffic stops: 15

A Davenport woman said someone was knocking on her door and leaving before she could answer the door on the 1100 block of Third Street.

An Odessa man reported people walking around with a light near Coffeepot and Eagle Springs Roads.

A Davenport man said his stepmom locked him out of the house on the 1200 block of Park Street.

A person walking along Highway 2 near the Highway 231 intersection was reported.

A caller said a storm drain between Traders and Les Schwab in Davenport took out a vehicle’s transmission.

Feb. 27

Dustin Wesley Monen, 38, Sprague. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

March 1

Zachary Aaron Johnson, 37, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on charges of third-degree driving with a suspended license, an ignition interlock violation and an out-of-state felony.

March 3

Marlana Lynn Ferguson, 33, Reardan. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of third-degree malicious mischief.

Sergey V. Kostenyuk, 40, Colbert. Arrested by the Reardan Police Department on a charge of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Criminal court-March 2

Michael Ralph Dyczok, Spokane Valley, no valid license. Case dismissed.

Michael Ralph Dyczok, Spokane Valley, separate charge of no valid license. Sentenced to one day in jail, eight hours of community service, a $200 fine and six months supervised probation.

Dylan Hardy Nickell, Twisp, failure to transfer title within 45 days. Case dismissed.

Donald Everett Walker, Spokane, failure to transfer title within 45 days. Case dismissed.

Corina M. Friedlander, Omak, failure to transfer title within 45 days. Fined $250.

Angel B. Pakootas, Nespelem, operating a vehicle without a license and third-degree driving with a suspended license (dismissed). Sentenced to one day in jail, eight hours of community service and 12 months supervised probation.

Jamie Kazinsky, Grand Coulee, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 16 hours of community service and a $750 fine.

Richard D. Mastin, Troutdale, driving under the influence. Sentenced to eight days in jail with credit for three days served, a $1,000 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Zetta L. Brokenrope, Malott, third-degree driving with a suspended license (dismissed) and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours of community service and 12 months supervised probation.

Philip Wayne Irwin, Davenport, driving under the influence. Ordered to wear a SCRAM bracelet for 60 days.

Zachary Aaron Johnson, Davenport, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license. Fined $4,250.

Cecil Kent Condon, Spokane, no valid license and operating a vehicle without valid certification, Fined $500.

Criminal docket-Feb. 28

In the case of Koedi V. White, who is charged with first-degree manslaughter and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, an order was filed March 2 prohibiting still or video camera pictures being taken by the media in the courtroom during trial proceedings. An exception was filed that one high-definition broadcast camera would be allowed in the courtroom on a daily rotation arranged by media members.

Samuel Adam Rogers, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for April 18 and a jury trial was set for May 17.

Richard Deno Denison, who was convicted of two counts of residential burglary, three counts of firearm theft and two counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm in 2019, had a motion to lower his offender score by one point granted, while the court continued a motion for resentencing to March 28.
