Traffic stops: 3

A caller reported a two-vehicle crash at Fifth and Marshall Streets in Davenport.

A burglary at storage units across from Lakeview Terrace in Grand Coulee was reported.

Four youths were trespassed from the R Store in Reardan.

A caller said her ex-boyfriend was at her house trying to fight her current boyfriend.

March 14

Traffic stops: 0

A Lincoln County Public Works requested extra patrols on King Ranch Road east of Odessa to enforce road restrictions due to semitrucks driving on the roadway.

A caller said a man pulled a fuse, shutting off her water.

An Odessa woman said her 12-year-old daughter told her about a threat made at the school.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s dog on the 900 block of 14th Street had been barking for over an hour.

A Reardan woman requested a civil standby on the 100 block of East Railroad Avenue.

A disabled vehicle was reported near Reardan Town Hall.

A Wilbur woman said she and her brother were “pulled into” the local WonderMart while a man tried to get into their truck.

March 15

Traffic stops: 7

A Sprague woman said she saw a suspicious pickup truck outside the local R.V. park.

An Odessa woman requested a welfare check on a local hospital patient.

A Davenport woman said a resident was parking his vehicle too far into the roadway on Marshall Street between First and Second Streets.

A caller said a woman was moving out of her house, but didn’t give further information.

A Reardan woman reported two pitbulls running around town harassing people.

Harrington City Hall reported a local code violation.

A broken-down vehicle was reported at Second and Alice Streets in Harrington.

A suspicious man was reported at Davenport Family Foods.

A caller said he was having problems with his neighbor.

A Davenport man said a dog barked at him.

A caller said her parents wouldn’t let her move out of her house.

A disabled vehicle was reported on Olson Road just south of James Road between Davenport and Edwall.

March 16

Traffic stops: 3

A Davenport man reported two illegal dumpings on Olsen Hills Road.

National Park Service workers said human remains were found near Detillion Campground downriver from Porcupine Bay.

Adult Protective Services said a local woman was claiming someone put $2 million into her back account.

A Davenport woman said an aggressive Doberman in her backyard wouldn’t let her out of her door on the 200 block of Seventh Street.

A caller reported a man walking north on Batum Road toward Highway 28.

A woman reported a man sleeping on the corner of West Sherlock and South Second Streets in Harrington.

March 17

Traffic stops: 4

A caller said there was a tree missing in her field.

A caller said his neighbor told another neighbor he was going to kill the caller.

An Odessa woman said she was having a dispute with her parents over her dog.

Harassment was reported in Harrington.

A Davenport woman said she was walking around Cottonwood Apartments and one of her neighbors came outside with a revolver and threatened her.

A Davenport man reported an erratically driven black Suburban on Highway 2.

A suspicious person was reported near Second and Linden Streets in Harrington.

A Sprague man said someone tried to break into his property on the 200 block of West Railroad Avenue.

A caller reported a woman walking on Highway 2 at milepost 225.

A Davenport woman reported a possible driver under the influence on Highway 2 at milepost 254.

March 18

Traffic stops: 22

A Wilbur man reported a prowler around his house on the 800 block of Southeast Pope Avenue.

An Almira man said a scrapper moved a trailer onto his property on Corbett Draw Road and hadn’t moved it in three years.

A Reardan man said his identity was stolen.

A caller said she was awarded a vehicle on the 400 block of East Fairweather Street in Sprague in her divorce.

A Spokane woman said she locked her keys in her car after she got off her shift at Lincoln Hospital.

A caller requested a welfare check on her mother in Wilbur.

A Wilbur man reported multiple out-of-control vehicles on Pope Avenue.

Vance Matthew Ludwick, 32, Spokane. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of driving under the influence.

March 13

Jason Alber Boyd, 35, Omak. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of second-degree burglary and hit and run.

Tayler Ray Davis, 23, Omak. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of second-degree burglary.

March 14

Andrew Christopher Nilles, 39, Spokane. Originally arrested by LCSO on charges of fourth-degree assault and second-degree burglary.

March 17

Mandy Arlene Waters, 42, Wilbur. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of failure to comply.

Criminal docket-March 14

Andrew B. Crain was convicted of first-degree failure to register as a sex offender and was sentenced to four months in jail and 12 months community custody.

Andrew Christopher Nilles was convicted of second-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for six days served and six months community custody.

Ashley Anne High, who is charged with two counts second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, had her case dismissed due to High’s death from an overdose in Spokane Valley.

Petra Thomas Cook, who is charged with second-degree assault of a child, second-degree criminal mistreatment and fourth-degree assault, waived his right to a speedy trial and filed a request for discovery. A readiness hearing was set for May 16 and a jury trial was set for June 7.

Celia Ann Heimbigner, who is charged with five counts of second-degree theft, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for May 16 and a jury trial was set for June 7.

Orion Sage White, who is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for April 18 and a jury trial was set for May 17.

John William Orndorff, who is charged with second-degree assault, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for April 18 and a jury trial was set for May 17.

Zachary L. Zittel, who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, driving under the influence, carrying a loaded pistol in a vehicle and obstructing a law enforcement officer, waived his right to a speedy trial. A jury trial was set for June 7.

Jamie Rashel Kazinsky, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, had her hearing continued to March 21.

Bret Howard Bradley, who is charged with first-degree burglary, had a readiness hearing set for April 18 and a jury trial set for May 10. Judge Dan B. Johnson recused himself from the case.

Damion M. Pegram, who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, third-degree assault of a health care worker and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, had a motion to disqualify presiding judge Jeffrey S. Barkdull denied on the basis that three new trial settings had already been granted to Pegram.
