Record-Times to continue as paper of record

DAVENPORT — Free Press Publishing will once again be Lincoln County’s legal advertisement publisher.

The Lincoln County Commissioners referred a bid from Free Press Publishing to the Lincoln County Auditor’s Office at a regular meeting Monday, April 3.

The Cheney-based publishing company, which owns newspapers in Lincoln County, Adams County, Spokane Valley and Whitman County, was the only business to bid on county legals this year.
