April 9

Traffic stops: 7

A caller said a drunk man showed up to Easter services at a local church and acted disruptive and belligerent.

A caller reported a blue car swerving across lanes westbound on Highway 2 at milepost 259.

Suspicious activity was reported in an apartment on the 400 block of Ross Street in Davenport.

A suspicious vehicle was reported outside the Post and Office in Harrington.

A loose cow was reported east of Horwege Road northwest of Davenport.

A caller said a man was standing in the westbound lane of Highway 2 at milepost 225 waving his arms “frantically.”

April 10

Traffic stops: 2

Suspicious activity was reported on the 200 block of West First Street in Sprague.

A Colfax woman said three men were going through her stuff in her garage and wouldn’t leave.

A caller said a man threatened two children for hitting a dog.

April 11

CPS referred a physical abuse report in Odessa.

A Harrington man said his daughter was getting harassed at school.

A check-in was performed on a man on the 38600 block of Teel Hill Road north of Davenport.

A Davenport man said Chase Bank wouldn’t close his bank account.

April 12

Traffic stops: 5

A Creston woman said she believed her friends were climbing on her roof.

An unoccupied vehicle parked at the Sprague Rest Area was reported.

A dead deer was removed from a roadway.

A Harrington man said a man had been served certified letters for city code violations.

A caller said a 50-year-old female collapsed near the Davenport Elementary School portables.

Creston Town Hall said a woman wanted to file a complaint about her neighbor having a loud muffler.

CPS faxed in a report concerning an address in Odessa on the 400 block of Alder Street.

A Davenport woman reported two small motorbikes being driven up and down Logan and Sinclair Streets.

CPS reported an incident at Lincoln Hospital involving an Odessa resident.

Papers were served to a man in Davenport.

An Odessa woman said hay bales were blocking Highway 21 south of Trejbal Back Road.

A caller said someone stole her Ring flood light.

A Davenport woman said someone tried to get into her house on Maxwell Street.

A Davenport woman said his husband’s daughter’s mother was sending her husband threatening texts about the woman.

April 13

Papers were served to a couple in Odessa.

Papers were served to a man in Davenport.

A Creston woman said people were living under her house that come out at night and steal her medication and court papers.

Grant County deputies said they had a wanted person in custody.

A Sprague man said his roommate passed away on the 100 block of West Third Street.

Papers were served to a citizen in Creston.

A Reardan man said he possibly saw a human femur near Mule Ranch Road.

April 14

Traffic stops: 7

An abandoned vehicle with two people possibly sleeping inside was reported in Reardan.

Papers were served on the 100 block of North Third Street in Davenport.

A caller from the Davenport School District said a student was found with a vape pen and wanted a deputy to make an arrest.

A Davenport woman said two youths were speeding on dirt bikes near Bald Ridge.

Several broken line static 911 hang-up calls came from a residence in Creston.

A caller said she heard someone racking a shotgun and screaming obscenities at her outside her bedroom window.

An Odessa man reported suspicious activity on the 400 block of South Birch Street.

April 15

Traffic stops: 17

A Creston woman said the people harassing her at her house chased her out of her residence.

A red minivan off a roadway was reported.

An Odessa woman said “the pitbull from last week” was in her yard again.

Serene Meadows in Davenport said a resident passed away.

A Wilbur woman said her neighbors were acting shady on the 400 block of Southeast Pope Street.

A vehicle lockout was reported at the baseball field in Reardan.

A caller said his phone was stolen at the Walmart in Airway Heights.

Ero Martin Lipka, 18, Davenport. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of residential burglary and second-degree burglary.

April 11

Frank Dustin Wynne, 41, Cheney. Arrested by LCSO on charges of third-degree driving with a suspended license and an ignition interlock violation.

April 13

Russell Darold Pick, 48, Moses Lake. Arrested by LCSO on charges of violating a domestic violence court order four times, violating an order restricting contact three times and interfering with reporting domestic violence.

Marlana Lynn Ferguson, Reardan, third-degree malicious mischief. Case dismissed.

Tyler M. Fraser, Reardan, driving after consuming alcohol or marijuana while under the age of 21. Fined $250 and ordered to wear an ankle monitor for 60 days.

Halley Malynn Cable, Spokane, driving under the influence amended to reckless driving. Sentenced to one day in jail, 24 months supervised probation and a $1,000 fine.

Margarett E. Brandom, Spokane, criminal assistance and second-degree criminal trespassing. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $1,000 fine.

Chase F. Hughes, Airway Heights, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $200 fine.

Braydon S. Williams, Spokane, operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to 24 hours community service.

Darian D. Barlow, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours community service, a $500 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Jason Edward Rosslow, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $250 fine.

Larris Dennis Jackson, Elma, two counts of third-degree malicious mischief and two counts of second-degree criminal trespassing. One count of each charge dismissed. Sentence deferred. Fined $250 and given six months supervised probation and six months unsupervised probation.

Dorinal N. Gherman, hometown not listed, reckless driving. Sentenced to two days in jail, a $1,000 fine, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Jesus Flores, hometown not listed, second-degree criminal trespassing amended to expired tabs. Fined $139.

Criminal docket-April 11

Judge Jeffrey S. Barkdull

Richard Deno Denison, who was convicted of two counts of residential burglary, three counts of firearm theft and two counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm in 2019, was resentenced to 105 months in prison and ordered to pay $134,397.82 in restitution.

Dominic J. Hmielewski, who is charged with residential burglary and second-degree burglary, had bail set at $5,000. His hearing was continued to April 18.

Damion M. Pegram, who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, third-degree assault of a healthcare worker and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, waived his right to a speedy trial. The trial was continued to May 30.

Nicholas Austin Berry, who was convicted of unlawful imprisonment and first-degree theft in Dec. 2020, had a resentencing hearing continued to May 30.

Ero M. Lipka, who is charged with residential burglary and second-degree burglary, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was set at $5,000. A readiness hearing was set for May 16 and a jury trial was set for June 7.
