Dozens of positions to be on ballot
DAVENPORT — Candidates hoping to run for open city and town council seats, school board seats and more will have their opportunity to file for the 2023 election beginning Monday, May 15 through Friday, May 19.
Prospective candidates will be voted on in the general election in November and primary election in August. If there are more than two candidates for a seat, the primary election will narrow the pool down to the final two in the running.
