Margaret Pearl (Sampson) Nevin passed away May 6, 2023 in Spokane, Wash. Margaret was born on June 20, 1930 in Fruitland, Wash. to Kenneth and Grace Sampson. Margaret spent her first 18 years in Fruitland, Wash., attending a two-room school for 8 eight years. She later went to Columbia High School in Hunters, Wash. Her mother also attended and graduated from there and her father laid all of the bricks in the school building. Margaret married Norman (Rod) Nevin on Aug. 21, 1948 in Coeur d'Alene, ID.
