A Grand Coulee woman said a Purple Heart recipient was living in a carport.

A caller said someone should arrest him and take him to jail for assaulting his girlfriend on West Jacob Road in Spokane County.

A Grand Coulee woman said a man kept coming by her Lakeview Terrace trailer without permission.

A caller said someone had been trying to hitchhike on Highway 174 for two hours.

A Wilbur woman requested a civil standby at her house.

A Wilbur woman said her son hadn’t picked her up to take her to Spokane like he was court-ordered to.

Colville Tribal Police said they were told about a stranded motorist on Lake Roosevelt three miles west of Keller Ferry.

A Fish and Wildlife officer reported a possible driver under the influence.

A Lincoln woman reported a driver in a pickup truck shining a spotlight at local houses.

A caller asked for a deputy to listen to phone calls recorded between her and a man.

A caller requested a welfare check on his girlfriend.

Malicious mischief was reported at the Reiman Park restrooms in Odessa.

A caller said an 85-year-old woman fell six steps at the Lutheran Church in Reardan.

Davenport City Hall said a citizen came in to talk about a good deal on solar panels from a door-to-door solicitor and it “feels like a scam.”

Papers were served to a woman on Southwest Broadway Street.

CPS requested a welfare check at an apartment on the 1000 block of Morgan Street in Davenport.

Papers were served to a man on the 600 block of Lincoln Street in Davenport.

A Naches man said the Rolling Thunder in Odessa was broken into.

A Davenport man said dogs were barking at his neighbor on the 900 block of 15th Street.

A 17-year-old girl feeling lightheaded was reported in Reardan.

A caller said a train passed his house and the back of the train appeared to be on fire.

A Davenport man said all roads leaving the city southbound had been blocked by a train for over 10 minutes.

A citizen was contacted on the 200 block of Lake Street in Reardan.

An Odessa man said he believed he had video evidence of an employee at his store stealing money from a customer.

A Sprague man reported a suspicious man walking around the city near the sewer lift station.

A Creston woman reported a possible protection order violation on Skyview Court.

A suspicious red van was reported near the Sprague Motel.

A caller said her ex-husband violated his protection order by contacting her daughter.

A Davenport man requested ambulance service on the 600 block of Maxwell Street for a 78-year-old man in extreme pain.

A caller said people inside a Ford F150 outside Billy Burger in Wilbur were possibly under the influence of alcohol.

A Davenport woman said someone kept knocking on the windows around her house on the 800 block of Sinclair Street.

A caller said a man trespassed on her property while hunting.

A Reardan woman said she could be a missing person.

A Sprague woman said a man shot a gun through the door of her residence on the 800 block of South Dayton Street.

A caller from the school in Creston said a student threatened a teacher.

A Davenport woman said new property owners took down her fence on the 37300 block of Ridge Runner Lane.

An Odessa woman said a man came into the local hospital with suspicious injuries.

A deputy assisted with a flat tire change.

A Wilbur woman reported an unwanted person in a residence on the 400 block of Southeast Regent Avenue.

A Reardan woman reported someone standing in her grandmother’s driveway on the 32100 block of Highway 231 refusing to leave.

An Edwall man said a driver pointed his fingers “like a gun” at him and honked.

A Creston woman reported people disturbing livestock and horses on Outlaw Ranch Way.

A Davenport woman said she saw a juvenile cougar headed toward the local Mormon church from her apartment.

An Edwall woman reported a suspicious vehicle parked near Sobek Road off Highway 231.

An Odessa woman reported a car in an irrigation canal at King Ranch Road.

May 7

Melissa Dianne Fowler, 39, Spokane. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of driving under the influence.

May 11

Michael Don Anderson, 54, Sprague. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of aiming/discharging firearms and third-degree malicious mischief.

Ricky Lee Fenton, 59, Spokane Valley. Originally arrested by LCSO on a charge of driving under the influence.

Criminal court-May 11

Izach Cole Tabish, Spokane, operating a vehicle without a valid title and failure to transfer a title within 45 days. Case dismissed.

James James Pulte, Caldwell, driving under the influence amended to first-degree negligent driving. Sentenced to one day in jail, a $500 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Ricky Lee Fenton, Spokane Valley, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit for 17 days served, 90 days electronic home monitoring, a $2,000 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 60 months unsupervised probation.

Brandon Phillip Searles, Sprague, fourth-degree assault/domestic violence. Owes three days in jail and fined $4,800.

William D. Smilden, Spokane, second-degree criminal trespassing. Sentence deferred with a $250 fine.

Alfred Michael Lapier, Manson, third-degree driving with a suspended license (dismissed) and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours community service, a $500 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Criminal docket-May 9

Judge Jeffrey S. Barkdull

Russell Darold Pick, who is charged with four counts of a protection order violation, had his hearing continued to May 16 and was ordered to undergo 45 days of inpatient treatment.

Ryan Jeffrey Marley, who is charged with first-degree animal cruelty/engaging in sexual conduct with an animal, is negotiating a plea deal. Bail was set at $5,000, with a readiness hearing set for May 16.

Skylar Dale Anderson, who is charged with second-degree unlawful firearm possession, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was lowered to $5,000. A readiness hearing was set for June 6 and a jury trial was set for June 28.

Miranda Rachelle Carolus, who is charged with residential burglary, motor vehicle theft, second-degree identity theft and two counts of second-degree theft, is in the process of a resolution. A readiness hearing was set for July 11.
