June 25

Traffic stops: 2

A caller said he heard someone walking around near his driveway.

A Davenport woman said she locked her keys in her car in the local Safeway parking lot.

A caller reported two loose brown cows near Williams Lake.

A cow on the roadway was reported on Highway 231 and Ringwood Road.

A Lincoln County Museums employee reported a possibly homeless man lying on a sidewalk by the museum fence.

A caller said she found a log burning on a beach next to a boat.

Okanogan County transferred a call about a man hanging around the woman restrooms at Spring Canyon Campground.

A caller reported a dodge with its hood pulled off on Highway 2 at milepost 233.

A caller requested help finding his wife, whom he said had “out of wack hormones” and was angry.

June 26

Traffic stops: 10

State Patrol reported a shirtless man lying on the side of a road.

A caller from U.S. Bank in Davenport said a woman came in and said she was hiding from her boyfriend.

A courtesy ride was given to a farmer in Wilbur who got his equipment stuck.

A caller said her 16-year-old daughter was smoking pot in her house and threatening her father.

Papers were served to a man on the 33700 block of Harrington Airport Road in Davenport.

Papers were served to a man on the 24300 block of Miles Creston Road.

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle on Highway 231 and Fisher Road.

An off-duty deputy said his pickup truck broke down on Telford Road just north of Highway 2.

Spokane County transferred a call from a man requesting a welfare check on a man on the 27400 block of Hanes Road outside Davenport.

Papers were served to a man on the 24900 block of Highway 28 in Davenport.

Hazardous conditions were reported near the Harrington Airport.

A caller said he got a suspicious package for his 9-year-old daughter in the mail.

A suspicious person was reported on First Avenue and Seven Street in Odessa.

A Davenport woman said a tenant at Safeway Apartments was yelling, screaming and hitting the walls with a hammer.

A Wilbur woman said two men on bikes rolled into the Goose Creek Road RV Park.

A caller said her husband saw a cow in the road on Highway 25 at milepost 9.

A caller reported a possibly drunk PT cruiser driver.

June 28

Traffic stops: 4

Two inmates began fighting in the shower area at Lincoln County Jail.

A Seven Bays man said he wanted a boat removed from his property on the 4100 block of Friday Bay Lane.

A Davenport man reported a parked truck with two suspicious occupants inside.

An Idaho man said his credit card number was stolen and used on the 300 block of East Third Avenue in Odessa.

A town code violation was reported on the 100 block of East Fourth Avenue in Odessa.

A town code violation was reported on the 200 block of East First Avenue in Odessa.

A parking violation was reported on West Fifth Avenue in Odessa.

An Odessa man said two treadmills in his driveway were torn apart and all parts were stolen, as were a bag of aluminum cans and lumber stacked near his house.

A caller at Lincoln Hospital said a patient left her dog in the car with the windows rolled up.

Six longhorn cows on the road were reported on Highway 25 at milepost 10.

A caller from the Sprague RV Park said they evicted a recently released inmate, who left a dog in his trailer 10 days after leaving.

A panic alarm was reported going off at the Lincoln Hospital nurse’s station.

A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 266.

A black truck rollover crash was reported outside Reardan.

A caller said her daughter was in Spokane County and she wanted her to move to Lincoln County.

A caller said someone broke into his mailbox and stole mail.

Ada County in Boise requested assistance giving a death notification.

A Harrington man said someone drove into a 25mph speed limit sign.

A Davenport man said he heard two loud bangs next door.

A Creston man said a suspicious Chevy pulled up in front of his house on the 300 block of Northwest Watson Street.

A Reardan man said his son was being blackmailed on Instagram.

A caller reported a loose cow on Highway 2 and Govan Road.

A person passed out in a vehicle on Highway 2 at milepost 266 was reported.

A Davenport man said someone drove through his spring wheat field for a mile between Oehlwein and Zeimer Roads.

A Davenport man reported vehicles speeding passed him on Highway 2 just east of the city.

A Wilbur man reported an erratically driven black passenger car eastbound on Highway 2 from the Grant County line.

Papers were served to a man in Davenport.

A loose cow was reported on Gunning and Cottonwood Creek Roads outside Davenport.

A Davenport woman said a man on a Jetski was drunk and almost ran into another vessel while coming into the Seven Bays Marina.

A caller said he was passed by a motorcycle weaving all over the roadway on Highway 2 westbound at the Spokane County line.

A Sprague woman said a silver car drove through a fence into a field and high-centered.

Papers were served to a man on the 44900 block of Highway 174 in Grand Coulee.

A caller reported ORV’s driving up and down the beach on the 41400 block of Harbor View Drive in Deer Meadows.

A Davenport woman said she heard two loud shots from outside her residence on Third and Washington Streets and was certain it was gunshots, not fireworks.

A Davenport man said an “Apostolic kid” almost ran over him by the railroad tracks on 12th Street.

An open air 911 call came in with a woman yelling in the background.

A Davenport man made several difficult-to-understand 911 calls on Park Street.

A Seven Bays man said his neighbors were throwing a very loud party on the 42700 block of Buckhorn Drive.

July 1

Traffic stops: 22

A downed powerline was reported on Highway 21 between the Keller Ferry Campground and Marina.

A Sprague woman said a man next door to her parents was drunk and out of control.

A caller said her boat trailer hitch broke.

A caller reported two people shooting rifles at a gravel pit on BLM land.

A Brush Prairie man said he and his wife got into an argument, causing her to pack up her things and leave.

A 33-year-old man crying uncontrollably for two straight hours was reported.

Five intoxicated folks were reported at the Fort Spokane day use area.

A caller said her ex-boyfriend wouldn’t leave her trailer on the 44900 block of Highway 174 in Grand Coulee.

A boat crash was reported southeast of Porcupine Bay Campground.

A caller from Safeway Apartments in Davenport claimed her daughter was murdered eight years ago.

A caller said he accidentally dropped a few hundred dollars on the floor of Traders in Davenport.

Jordan Russell Mills-Jay, 29, Reardan. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter.

June 29

Leonard James Dunkle, 57, Spokane. Arrested by the Reardan Police Department on a charge of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

July 1

Michael Scott Simmons, 22, Pasco. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of third-degree driving with a suspended license.
