The City of Davenport hereby

announces its proposed Disadvantaged

Business Enterprise

(DBE) participation goal of 5.3%

for the FAA-funded contracts/

agreements. The proposed goal

pertains to federal fiscal years

2024 through 2026. A teleconference

will be held on August

4th, 2023 for the purpose of

consulting with stakeholders to

obtain information relevant to

the goal-setting process. For
