A Davenport man requested help with a vehicle lockout on the 1300 block of Jefferson Street.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Miles-Creston Road near Bachelor Prairie Road.

A Davenport Family Dollar employee reported a suspicious man in the store.

A caller said his 80-year-old wife was bleeding and in severe pain.

Traffic stops: 1

A woman reported a fraudulent check and a scam letter she got in the mail.

A Wilbur man said he and his wife were getting a divorce.

An Almira woman reported an unattended fire at the lagoon on the east side of Sprague city limits.

A domestic verbal situation was reported at an apartment on Southeast Regent Avenue in Wilbur.

A large fire near milepost 243 on Interstate 90 was reported.

A Northstar Company truck got stuck on Highway 28 and Fairway Street in Odessa.

A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 28 at milepost 122.5.

A Davenport said a man was “freaking out” at an apartment on the 1300 block of Logan Street in Davenport.

A Davenport man said a semitruck had been speeding up and down Mondovi Road frequently.

A home burglary alarm was reported going off on the 1100 block of Morgan Street in Davenport.

July 18

Traffic stops: 2

A caller said a man was screaming at an apartment on the 1300 block of Logan Street in Davenport.

A Moses Lake woman requested a welfare check on an Odessa woman who didn’t answer her door when she was supposed to be picked up for medical treatment.

An Odessa man said his ex-wife kept driving by the park where his children play, which he said was a violation of their court order.

A man in a Ford F150 with possible mental health issues was reported.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Spokane County.

A Davenport woman said she saw a child defecating near her property line.

A Davenport woman said she accidentally locked herself out of her apartment at Safeway Apartments.

A caller said she and her mother were having an argument with their neighbors on the 300 block of West Glover Street in Harrington.

Brinks Security reported a security alarm at Rickey’s Corner Mart in Davenport.

A caller said a Suburban pulled in front of her and almost ran her off the roadway.

A burglary alarm was reported going off at Harrington School.

A dark BMW was reported spotlighting on Haden Road near Sherman Draw Road west of Creston.

Two youths walking on the railroad tracks next to Old Sunset Highway near Bennett Road were reported.

An abandoned vehicle was reported on Mecklenburg Road near Bluestem.

An Odessa man said someone kicked in the door to Rolling Thunder Pizza.

A possible driver under the influence was reported eastbound on Highway 2 at milepost 237.

A woman’s wallet was dropped off at the Sheriff’s Office.

Adult Protective Services reported a disabled man that ran out of gas on a dirt road north of Interstate 90 near Sprague.

A Safeway employee reported an elderly lady locked out of her car in the Davenport store parking lot.

A Davenport woman said she heard a lot of screaming, banging and pounding from a house on the 1300 block of Jefferson Street.

An Omak woman reported a traffic violation on Highway 2 at Ziemer Road.

A Davenport man said his Merriam Street neighbors had been blasting loud music for three days.

A recklessly driven Tesla going 130 mph was reported on Highway 174.

A caller reported a vehicle all over the roadway passing Les Schwab in Davenport.

A commercial burglary alarm was reported going off on the 1100 block of Morgan Street in Davenport.

An Oregon man said his father claimed he stole items.

A red Dodge pickup off a roadway was reported.

A possibly homeless man was reported walking on Waukon Road.

A 62-year-old woman on the ground was reported.

Papers were served to a woman in Odessa.

A Davenport woman said a Safeway Apartments tenant was using a small grinder in the complex parking lot that was making sparks near grass.

July 21

An Almira man filed a complaint about a man living on the 100 block of North Seventh Street.

A Harrington man said someone killed a cat and hung it on his fence on Fourth Street.

Sprague City Hall requested help trespassing someone from City Park.

An Odessa man said someone stole a set of shock absorbers from his garage.

A local man reported items missing since his father passed away.

A disabled boat trailer was reported on Highway 23 and Ghere Road.

A Davenport man said someone drove through his field near Olson Hills Road.

A Davenport man said an account was fraudulently opened in his name.

A caller said her cellphone fell into Lake Roosevelt near Two Rivers Resort.

10-12 cows were reported on Highway 2 at milepost 265 east of Reardan.

A crash involving a freightliner was reported.

A suspicious car with a driver and passenger passed out inside was reported on Highway 231 and Highway 2 near Reardan.

A caller said her neighbor was “driving all over very unsafe-like.”

July 22

Traffic stops: 28

A loose tire was reported.

A Davenport woman said a man was walking on Hawk Creek Ranch Road in front of her house.

A Cheney woman reported a possible driver under the influence on Highway 25 at milepost 3.

Two young men were reported doing wheelies with no helmets on Fitness Lane.

An Almira woman said her husband’s Facebook account was hacked and personal photos were threatened to be leaked if they didn’t pay money.

A Davenport man said he heard someone in his attic on Park Street.

John Eugene Geaudreau, 47, Spokane. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) for failing to appear for a reckless driving charge.

Michael Frederick Miller, 68, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of driving under the influence.

July 20

James Darrell Gaines, 65, Lincoln. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Cassidi Gail Stewart, 21, Cheney. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of third-degree malicious mischief.

July 21

Jonathan Jacob Anderson, 46, Grand Coulee. Arrested by LCSO on charges of first-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

James Darrell Gaines, Lincoln, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to five days in jail, a $500 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Vance Matthew Ludwick, Spokane, driving under the influence amended to reckless driving. Sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served, a $1,000 fine, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Dominic J. Hmielewski, Davenport, third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespassing. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $750 fine.

Cassidi Stewart, Cheney, third-degree malicious mischief and first-degree criminal trespassing. Sentenced to five days in jail.

James Chester Childress, Prosser, third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to complete community service. Sentenced to three days in jail.

Danielle Johnson, Creston, driving with suspended vehicle registration. Case dismissed.

John Eugene Geaudreau, Newport, reckless driving. Sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served.

Cheryl A. Stott, Odessa, aiming or discharging a firearm. Case dismissed.

Donald James Bodeau, Grand Coulee, second-degree criminal trespassing. Sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served, a $200 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Douglas Dean Dunston, hometown not listed, driving under the influence. Sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served and a $3,000 fine.
