Commissioners ponder agreements

Business from Oct. 16 meeting

DAVENPORT — Several agreements and contracts were considered and approved by the Lincoln County Commissioners at their regular meeting Monday, Oct. 16.

The lone resolution on the table was for designating authorized signatories for a Washington Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities program sub-application and grant.

The commissioners also approved the following agreements and contracts:

• An interagency agreement between WSU Extension and Lincoln County to support 2024 Extension activities.

• A right-of-access agreement between the Town of Creston and the county for a colocation facility.

• An amended budget addendum to the intergovernmental cooperation agreement between the county and Conservation District for a voluntary stewardship program.

• A small works contract for the Lincoln County Fair steel covered structure with Halme Builders.

• A chairman’s signature on an interlocal cooperation agreement for telecommunications services between the county and Petrichor Broadband for infrastructure management.

• The Delta Dental Care service contract for Group 00735.

The commissioners also revoked the appointment of Deputy Clerk Dana Reyburn, who retired, was notified of a liquor license renewal application from the Liquor and Cannabis Board for the Grill at Seven Bays Marina and Keller Ferry Marina.

Finally, the commissioners were notified that the Sheriff’s Office hired Geoffrey Williams as a communications/corrections deputy. He fills a vacant spot left when Brad Sweet was named 911 coordinator earlier this year.
