Criminal docket-Nov. 7

Timothy David Boda, who is charged with second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was set at $10,000 and a no-contact order was issued with the alleged victim. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 12 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 3.
