Dec. 10

Traffic stops: 8

A 911 caller said a truck “rolled down the hill” at the “star barn” outside Davenport.

A Wilbur woman said she was stuck in the middle of a roadway.

A caller said his car was stuck and needed a jump start in foggy weather.

A Davenport woman reported a deceased person on the 700 block of Maxwell Street.

An Amazon delivery driver said two people were yelling and threatening him at a residence on Highway 231.

Dec. 11

Traffic stops: 15

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to prison in Spokane County.

A Davenport woman said a man had left his barking dog outside overnight on the 600 block of Eighth Street.

A Grand Coulee woman said her neighbor backed into her truck in March and was refusing to turn in his insurance or pay damages.

A Davenport man said youths could be prowling houses near his residence on the 900 block of Main Street.

Dec. 12

Traffic stops: 15

A burglary alarm was reported going off on the 4500 block of Plum Point in Grand Coulee.

An inmate was transported from Spokane County to Lincoln County.

Adult Protective Services said a client was being financially exploited for $3 million.

A non-injury, two-vehicle crash was reported on Eighth and Sinclair Streets in Davenport.

A caller said her 15-year-old son had a knife and was threatening to leave the house and assault other boys.

An unconscious, 70-year-old woman was reported on the 400 block of Trinity Avenue in Wilbur.

A Davenport woman said her son was being yelled at by their neighbor for the noise of his cars, despite them being of legal sound per ordinance.

Dec. 13

Traffic stops: 5

A caller said she pulled her 8-year-old son out of school because he wouldn’t listen.

A caller from Spokane Veterans Affairs requested a welfare check on a local man.

A Davenport woman said dogs were loose and attacking animals on the 1100 block of Jefferson Street.

Papers were served to a woman on the 27000 block of Bennett Road east of Davenport.

A Creston School administrator said a man was possibly violating a protection order by being in the multipurpose room of the school.

Dec. 14

Traffic stops: 6

A Reardan man said a car had been parked in front of their mailboxes on Crescent Road for a day.

A possibly intoxicated youth was reported in Reardan.

An Almira man said his wife wouldn’t let him into his house after he was released from jail, despite him owning the house and having a no-contact order with her.

A Moses Lake-based FedEx manager said one of his drivers was bitten by a dog in Wilbur.

A caller said she locked her keys in her car on the 400 block of First Street in Davenport.

Dec. 15

Traffic stops: 7

A Davenport man said he was verbally assaulted by a man in front of the Presbyterian Church after the man’s dog attacked his dog.

A caller reported a vehicle with a flat tire with a man slumped over the steering wheel near Adams County.

A caller from the school in Wilbur said a student showed up to school with blood on his hands and claimed it was dirt.

A welfare check was conducted on the 400 block of Lake Street in Reardan.

A caller reported two people passed out in a car, with the female driver having a needle in her arm and the male passenger with a weed pipe in his lap.

A caller said people were shooting birds in trees.

A Sprague woman sent an email about a man’s vehicles blocking views of a road and stop sign near the local school.

Two Lincoln County Jail inmates were transported to Lincoln Hospital for labs and bloodwork.

A death was reported on the 34500 block of Highway 231 north of Reardan.

An Odessa woman said her son was punched by two youths at school.

A Spokane woman said her friend was driving to Grand Coulee and claiming she would “crash and kill them both” on Highway 174 at milepost 35.

A possible protection order violation was reported in Creston.

Traffic stops: 7

A caller said a Davenport Safeway employee was concerned for his safety.

A caller said she believed she was being scammed through her Dish account.

A Davenport man said a GMC was blocking his mailbox and the owner was refusing to move it.

Columbia County asked for deputies to perform a death notice for them.

An Odessa woman said a vehicle had been parked in the church parking lot for nine days.

A caller said a man was screaming and shouted “get your gun” on the 500 block of Third Street in Sprague.

A Davenport woman said her sister was intoxicated and fighting with her 17-year-old daughter.

A Harrington man reported a sedan stuck on the railroad tracks at Coal Creek Road and Olaf Street.

A 75-year-old woman with chest pain was reported.

Marlaeanna Autumn Ankey, 32, Grand Coulee. Originally arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of third-degree driving with a suspended license and an ignition interlock violation.

Dec. 16

Heather Marie Becker, 43, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

Dec. 17

Victor Allen Antoine, 41, Inchelium. Stevens County detainer.

Criminal court-Dec. 14

Floyd Marshal Gendron, Spokane, operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to eight days in jail and a $4,250 fine.

Michael Anthony Capshaw, Spokane, first-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 40 days in jail with credit for 17 days served, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Jorge L. Gomez Garcia, Omak, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Case dismissed.

Felix Andrew Marcolin, Grand Coulee, disorderly conduct. Sentenced to three days in jail converted to 24 hours community service, a $500 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Carson John Martz, Loon Lake, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation.

Antoine W. Fitzgerald, Sprague, driving under the influence and third-degree driving with a suspended license (dismissed). Sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served, a $1,000 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Marlaenna Autumn Ankey, Grand Coulee, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served and 12 months supervised probation.

Tayler Jean Hanson, who was convicted of felony harassment in August, had her sentence amended due to her current anger management program and need to change that program.

Cody A. Moore, who is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle, false reporting to a public officer and obstructing law enforcement, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 30 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 21.

Vincent M. Stevens, who is charged with driving under the influence and attempting to elude a police vehicle, had his readiness hearing continued to Dec. 19.

Dylan Ian Moses Doughty, who is charged with second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, had his change of plea hearing continued to Dec. 19.

Timothy David Boda, who is charged with second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 30 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 21.

Samantha Felicitii Scharf was convicted of possession of a stolen vehicle and attempting to elude a police vehicle and was sentenced to 13 months in prison, with restitution to be determined.
