Jan. 28

Traffic stops: 1

A Davenport man said a man in a gray hoodie was trying to get into cars near Maxwell Street.

A Davenport man requested a welfare check on a man whose mailbox was full of mail and who hadn’t been seen outside for over a month.

A caller said her grandparents and aunt were keeping her daughter from her and her boyfriend.

A 75-year-old man shaking and complaining about the cold was reported outside Davenport.

A white sedan making bad passes was reported between Telford Rest Area and Davenport.

Jan. 29

Traffic stops: 5

An automated 911 call said law enforcement was needed on the 500 block of Amende Road in Odessa, but Memorial Hospital staff advised it was likely an accidental button push.

A loose mastiff was reported on Welch Creek Road north of Creston.

12 yearly registered sex offender checks were conducted countywide, including three in Odessa and one in Reardan.

A Davenport man said two dogs were running around and chasing people on the 500 block of Main Street.

A 55-year-old female with heart problems was reported.

A Davenport man reported an unoccupied GMC on Jantz Road, but the registered owner said he was doing test drives with his son.

A caller reported two people screaming with children possibly present.

An Almira man drunkenly called and asked for three things and for dispatch to write it down “because it’s going to be Biblical.”

Jan. 30

Traffic stops: 5

An engine compartment fire was reported near Hawk Creek and Whitney Raods.

A suspicious vehicle was reported, but the vehicle owner said she was watching the sunset.

Spokane County Jail dispatch said an inmate was ready to be transported to Lincoln County.

A Wilbur man said he texted his rental tenant to tell her she was being evicted for not paying rent and she threatened to damage the residence if she wasn’t left alone.

Spokane Tribal Police said they had a man with a warrant for his arrest and asked to meet at the Egypt grain elevators.

A Seven Bays woman said someone spent about $5,000 on her credit card, and her grandson allegedly confessed to taking her card.

An alleged driver under the influence was arrested after crashing into the Chevron in a white truck in Sprague.

A garage fire was reported outside Davenport. The fire was put out and contained to a garage, reports stated.

Traffic stops: 4

An unresponsive 67-year-old man was reported in Wilbur.

Lincoln Hospital staff requested a welfare check on a woman outside of the hospital talking to herself and carrying around a baby doll like a child.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Spokane County.

A citizen contact was attempted on the 500 block of Railroad Avenue in Reardan.

A welfare check was requested on a 91-year-old man who reportedly turned off his phone on the 100 block of Fourth Street in Harrington.

A CPS referral was made on the 300 block of Marshall Street in Davenport.

An Odessa man said his neighbors were conspiring and harassing him.

The sudden death of an Odessa woman with pneumonia was reported.

A citizen contact was reported on the 500 block of Broadway Avenue in Reardan.

A Davenport woman asked for surveillance on her home because she was afraid her son was planning to kill her.

Feb. 1

Traffic stops: 18

An Odessa woman who is receiving medical treatment in Spokane said she allowed a woman to stay in a room at the La College Inn and the woman called her to say she needed to vacate the premises while offering confusing information.

Papers were served to a man on the 400 block of Alder Street in Odessa.

Papers were served to a man on the 39200 block of Halverson Canyon Road in Davenport.

A caller said her 17-year-old daughter was being stalked by her 20-year-old ex-boyfriend.

A Davenport woman said a tree fell and was partially blocking Miles-Creston Road en route to Lincoln.

A caller said an RV was abandoned on his property on Highway 231 north of Reardan.

A car with a dead battery was reported.

Ferry County dispatch said they were getting spam 911 calls and were unable to transfer legitimate 911 calls.

A Reardan man said a suspicious vehicle was parked at Colville’s Gas Station.

An anonymous caller said three people locked their keys in a car and threatened to shoot him if they called the cops between Davenport and Wilbur.

Feb. 2

Traffic stops: 24

A Wilbur woman said a man was posting inappropriate comments and falsehoods about her on a community Facebook page.

A citizen request was made on the 400 block of Lake Street in Reardan.

A caller from Kathy’s Market in Sprague said a repeat customer accused one of her employees of touching her without permission. The caller said the customer kept coming back to the store after being asked to leave and not return.

Two suspicious vehicles were reported in the Dollar General parking lot in Wilbur.

Two loose dogs were reported near Harrington.

A caller said another man pushed him with a chair.

Grand Coulee Police said they picked up a man with an outstanding warrant in Lincoln County.

Feb. 3

Traffic stops: 5

A Wilbur man said a man was prowling around his shop on Hanson Harbor Road.

An abandoned vehicle was reported on Kokanee Lane near Miles Creston Road in Deer Meadows.

A non-injury vehicle vs. deer collision was reported on Highway 2 and Fitzpatrick Road west of Davenport.

A caller from Spokane County requested a welfare check on his girlfriend, saying he was concerned for her safety after he was jumped twice and admitted to Sacred Heart Hospital.

A caller said he was being harassed online.

A Davenport man reported an SUV passing cars at 85 mph eastbound toward Reardan.

A caller said she was following an 18-wheeler swerving across lanes of traffic.

The sudden death of a man was reported at a camper in Creston.

A Davenport woman said dog food was mistakenly delivered to her neighbor’s house on Sinclair Street and they wouldn’t answer the door when her husband tried to talk to them.

A caller said he was advised to get a welfare check on his local children.

Jamie Brian Burris, 48, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on charges of fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Jaramey Ronald Dehut, 41, Liberty Lake. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on charges of third-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Kristina Marie Keys, who is charged with second-degree identity theft and third-degree defrauding a public utility, had a readiness hearing continued to Feb. 6.

Cody A. Moore, who is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle, false reporting to a police officer and obstructing a law enforcement officer, failed to appear for a readiness hearing. A warrant was issued for his arrest with bail set at $500.

PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS

Jeffrey Johnson of Moses Lake transferred Parcel A of Lot 7 and the west three feet, 10.5 inches of Lot 6, block 5, Pattee and Lyons Addition to the Town of Odessa and Parcel B of Lot 8, Block 5, Pattee and Lyons Addition to the Town of Odessa to Leslie Johnson of Odessa.

RWD LLC and Dicks LLC in Pasco sold the southeast quarter of Section 3, Township 23 North, Range 37 to Warwick-Morse LLC in Davenport for $281,826.

Ronald and Jamie Gettemy of Oakland, Oregon sold 30991 Pine Hen Land East in Davenport to Gary and Julia Lewandowski of Seabeck for $50,000.
