Feb. 11

Traffic stops: 10

A caller said she saw two flashlights around a shop below her house.

A caller reported a man walking in the center of Highway 2 just west of the Davenport Airport.

A Reardan woman said her phone was stolen from her residence on the 35500 block of Highway 231 and said she hoped for a quick response so she could get to a Super Bowl party.

A 911 hangup call came from the home of an 86-year-old man.

An Almira woman said the father of her child wouldn’t release the child to her like he agreed to.

A caller reported a man walking and jumping in front of cars on Highway 231 near Fisher Road.

A possible domestic violence situation was reported on Highway 2 entering Lincoln County from Spokane County.

A caller said her fiancée was leaving for Harrington with their daughter and she didn’t want him to.

Traffic stops: 16

Reardan-Edwall School District staff said bus drivers were concerned about a bike rider riding down the center of Circle Road and waving at the bus.

An injured deer was reported on the 700 block of Main street in Wilbur.

City of Davenport staff said six rolls of toilet paper were stolen and the soap and toilet paper dispensers were broken in the women’s bathroom at the downtown Plaza.

A Waukon man said five semitrucks were driving up and down Waukon Road despite current road restrictions.

A 911 hangup call came from the 5600 block of Wraspir Road in Irby.

A Harrington man said a supply fuel truck was driving up and down Kramer Farms Road despite road restrictions.

A Reardan man said her upstairs neighbor stole her package on the 300 block of Oak Street.

A released jail inmate requested a ride to his house to gather his items.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 256.

A caller said a Chevy kept making unsafe passes on Highway 2 at milepost 269.

A Sprague woman said two dogs kept getting out of its yard on the 300 block of Second Street.

A driver throwing a beer bottle out of a window was reported.

A caller said she locked her keys in her car.

A caller said an airlift event would occur in the next week.

A Waukon man said two loaded grain trucks turned onto Waukon Road despite road restrictions.

An Almira woman said her daughter was bitten by a dog on her way home from school on the 300 block of Maple Street.

A caller said her daughter’s boyfriend was drinking and wouldn’t leave.

An Odessa man said people were walking around his house on the 100 block of Fourth Avenue.

A 10-month-old child having difficulty breathing was reported on Euclid Road in Reardan.

A caller asked for helping unlocking his truck at Safeway in Davenport.

A caller said her husband’s ex-wife threw a blanket at her husband when she came to pick up their son.

A caller said a semitruck was blocking the roadway while putting chains on.

A welfare check was requested on a child on the 100 block of Maple Street in Reardan.

A courtesy ride was given to a man to Airway Heights.

An abandoned truck was reported on the corner of Dayton and First Streets in Sprague.

A caller said the father of her daughter took her daughter’s social security card and was sending texts stating he had the card.

A Davenport woman said two dogs on Merriam Street looked cold.

A commercial burglary alarm was reported going off at Buddy Boy Farms near Devil’s Gap.

A caller reported a man who appeared to be having mental health issues in his car by the Reardan Post Office.

An abandoned vehicle was reported at the Mini Mart in Wilbur.

A Public Works employee reported an abandoned vehicle just east of Kiner Road by the Grant County line in Krupp.

A caller said a woman rolled her car into the ditch in the Wilbur area.

A vehicle crash was reported on Highway 174 at milepost 39.

A caller said she backed into the vehicle of a Davenport man.

Trespassing was reported in Odessa.

A caller said she saw a vehicle skid off the road into a tree.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on Redwine Canyon Road north of Creston.

A haystack fire was reported on the 17000 block of Highway 28 north of Harrington.

A wallet was dropped off at the Sheriff’s Office.

A Montana man requested a welfare check on his children in Davenport.

A youth was arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot his father in Davenport.

A caller requested assistance unlocking her truck in Odessa.

Michael Jacob Boyer, 26, Davenport. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of reckless endangerment, failure to obey an officer and driving under the influence.

Feb. 13
