Area youth among those racing at Irby
Hundreds of vehicles bringing thousands to Irby for three days of motorcycle events. The influx of visitors resulted in the "city" being the largest in the county last week.
IRBY - Six riders from Lincoln County were among the racers competing in events during the Stumpjumpers 52nd annual Desert 100 race weekend.
The best local finish came from Davenport's Curtis Tanner, who finished second in the 50-mile adventure class.
The top local finish of Sunday's 100-mile race was courtesy of the team of Reardan's Bryson Flaa and Cohen Little, who finished fourth among 100-mile team competitors.
The other local rider was Jesse Luiten of Creston, who finished 21st in the 100-mile 30-39 division.
