A Davenport woman said the person staying on the east side of her house was being extremely loud on the 1100 block of Park Street.
A Davenport woman said someone parked a van near her residence on the 1200 block of Seventh Street.
A caller requested a welfare check on a man living at the Sinclair Apartments in Davenport.
A caller said he had litter thrown from a car in front of him that hit his truck in downtown Reardan.
A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 257.
A Davenport woman said she saw a 2-year-old girl walking outside alone on Eighth and Ross Streets.
A caller said his mother’s boyfriend grabbed him by his hoodie and put him in a headlock to try and get her keys back on the 300 block of Chestnut Street in Sprague.
A Post Falls woman said she couldn’t get ahold of her husband and wondered if he was staying at a motel in Davenport.

A man sleeping in the drivers seat of a Cadillac was reported in the Traders parking lot in Davenport.
A caller requested extra patrols for youths tearing up gravel roads in the Tebow, Duck Lake and Lamona Road areas.

A caller said a scooter got dropped off at his residence and wasn’t sure if it was on his land or the county’s land.
A caller claimed he got sick after eating at Doxie’s Diner in Wilbur and was threatened by the staff there after telling other customers to not eat their food.
Illegal dumping was reported on the 50700 block of Euclid Road outside Reardan.
An admittedly intoxicated caller said he got into an argument with his daughter after he told her to shut up and she wouldn’t.
A Lind woman reported a one-vehicle rollover crash just east of the railroad tracks on Williams Lake Road outside Sprague.
A caller said her dad was yelling at her mom and calling her names.
A Sprague man said his neighbors were making noise and threatened to beat him up when he asked them to quiet down.

Avista reported a white Subaru with a broken back window near their substation outside Devil’s Gap.
A Davenport woman reported two loose dogs on the 800 block of Main Street.
A caller said he sold a truck to his employee and the employee wasn’t going to continue paying for the truck.
A suspicious vehicle was reported on Fourth and F Streets in Sprague.
A local woman said her neighbor was yelling at her to clean up her property and shot her vehicle with a BB gun.
A potential senior citizen victim of neglect and financial exploitation was reported.
A caller said he hadn’t heard from his father, who lives off Highway 25, for months.
A Davenport woman said a resident was screaming obscenities at the Cottonwood Springs Apartments.
An Odessa woman said her 10-year-old son showed her messages from someone saying they were outside his house and were going to kidnap him.

District Court requested a subject be remanded to jail.
A Wilbur woman said her neighbor was throwing yard debris against her house.
An Odessa woman said she received a phone call from a man claiming to be with WaFd Bank who said he was going to empty her accounts while she slept.
A caller reported a vehicle just east of Fitzpatrick Road west of Davenport with someone walking around with a flashlight.

A Davenport woman reported a black car in her neighbor’s driveway on 14th Street.
Papers were served to a man on the 1200 block of Marshall Street in Davenport.
An Odessa man currently in the hospital in Seattle called to say he needed to speak to his wife.
A Reardan woman said her husband violated their parenting plan.
An erratically driven Lincoln was reported on Highway 2 westbound into Reardan.
A caller said he was following a pickup with a loaded trailer that had a flat tire and bent axle.
A caller said his boat trailer hit something.
A Mondovi man said a suspicious man was riding around his Bald Ridge Road property in a Toyota and fled when he went to confront them.
A boat was contacted off Seven Bays on Lake Roosevelt.

A caller claimed a Level 1 sex offender wasn’t registering as a sex offender.

K.C. Lee Kimberling, 41, Sprague. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of harassment.

Louis James Blaske, 57, Harrington. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of reckless driving.
John Christopher Brewer, 61, Bellingham. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of third-degree driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence and an ignition interlock violation.

Jessica Ann Schimke, Davenport, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 45 days in jail with credit for three days served, a $1,500 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Michael Anthony Capshaw, Spokane, first-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit for nine days served and 12 months supervised probation.
Louise Nadine Jake, Grand Coulee, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 40 hours community service, a $150 fine and 12 months supervised probation.
Harold James Spencer, Spokane Valley, driving with suspended registration and operating a vehicle without a valid title. Case dismissed.

Criminal court-May 21
Litzy Arvizo, who is charged with reckless vehicular homicide and reckless vehicular assault, had her trial continued to Aug. 14 with a readiness hearing set for July 16.
Kaylee P. Dyer, who is charged with two counts of forgery, had her trial continued to Aug. 14 with a readiness hearing set for July 16.
Joseph Lee Cooper, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, attempting to elude a police vehicle and possession of a controlled substance, had his trial continued to Aug. 14 with a readiness hearing set for July 16.
Alyssa Kay Bray, who was charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle and driving under the influence, had her case dismissed as she is currently facing felony charges in Spokane County. The case will be refiled pending the outcome of that case.
Richard Andrew Downing, who is charged with two counts of attempting to elude a police vehicle and reckless driving, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for July 16 and a jury trial was set for Aug. 14.
Adam Thomas Everett, who is charged with felony cyber harassment, had his trial continued to July 17 with a readiness hearing set for June 18.
In a separate case, Everett faces amended charges of felony stalking, a protection order violation and an anti-harassment order violation. A readiness hearing was set for June 18 and a jury trial was set for July 17.
Erica Rosanne Newell was extradited to Montana where she is accused of breaking the terms of her bail or parole.
Ernest Keith Young, Jr. was convicted of third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer and third-degree assault of a healthcare worker and was sentenced to 14 months in prison on each count, followed by 12 months community custody.
