A youth said someone hit him.

A caller said a local woman was living amidst animal urine and feces with her disabled child.

A Creston woman said her house and shop doors were unlocked.

A caller reported a man walking on Ringwood Road north of Sprague.

A Davenport man reported a suspicious vehicle on Morrison Road.

A caller said a silver car almost ran him off the road on Old Sprague Highway Road near Fishtrap.

A Sprague woman said her First Street neighbor was tying her dog to a cinder block with no food or water.

A youth said a driver drove a red car onto the grass of his neighbors’ house and hit the front door.

A Wilbur woman said her children were nearly run over near the entrance to the local school.

An issue with an elderly woman with dementia was reported in Odessa.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 2 entering Davenport.

A boat was contacted at the launch in Lincoln.

A Davenport woman said a German shepherd was in her front yard scaring her children on Eighth and Marshall Streets.

A Wilbur woman asked if it was illegal for her neighbor to be using a periscope to look at her roof on Regent Avenue.

Suspicious activity was reported in Sprague.

A citizen assist was requested at Fort Spokane.

A Natural Green Cannabis employee requested help for a customer trying to unlock his truck.

A group of people was contacted at Laughbon Landing on Lake Roosevelt.

A custody issue was reported in Reardan.

A caller said someone scammed his family’s Verizon account.

A burglary alarm was reported going off at the Lincoln County Courthouse.

A Davenport caller said a pickup truck was driving around First and Sinclair Streets with tiki torches lit in the back.

A two-vehicle crash was reported.

Michael Jose Gonzalez, 46, Spokane. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of third-degree driving with a suspended license and refusal of certificate.

Kellie Dawn Holmes, 47, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on charges of cyberstalking and stalking.

Jessica Ann Schimke, 38, Davenport. Arrested by the Reardan Police Dept. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Austin Andrew Anderson, 23, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of driving under the influence.

Ruby Celestine Clark, 44, Coulee Dam. Arrested by LCSO on charges of third-degree driving with a suspended license and a vehicle trip permit violation.

Michael Jose Gonzalez, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without certification (dismissed). Sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and 12 months supervised probation.

Christopher S. Sattler, Ellensburg, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $250 fine.

Matthew B. Murray, hometown not listed, improper lane use. Case dismissed.
