DAVENPORT — A local man who had previously appealed to regain his firearm rights was awarded them in Lincoln County Superior Court on Tuesday, August 6.
The 10:30 a.m. hearing saw Wallace Elby Buck, 62, of Davenport, appear before Judge Dan Johnson, who asked the State if there were any further objections to Buck regaining his rights.
The prosecution presented no new objections, and Judge Johnson signed the order to restore Buck’s firearm rights.
Buck’s wife, whom he cited as the primary reason for his appeal, was present in the courtroom.
