James "Jim" McKelvey

James "Jim" McKelvey of Spokane passed away unexpectedly and peacefully at his home on Thursday, August 29, 2024, he was 82 years old. Jim was a graduate of Mead High School Class of 1962, where he was an Eagle Scout. After graduation, Jim graduated SCC with a degree in Heavy Equipment Hydraulics. He spent the next 11 years working for Case Power and Equipment. In 1975, Jim became one of SCC's instructors in Heavy Equipment department, where he worked for 30 years.
