Meets goal to improve hospital lighting
The Odessa Healthcare Foundation Soirée raised over $30,000 on May 3 to improve emergency room lighting at Odessa Memorial, drawing community members for an evening of food, drinks, and auction fun.
ODESSA - The 33rd annual Odessa Healthcare Foundation Soirée raised more than $30,000 Friday night at the Odessa Community Center, with proceeds going toward improved emergency room lighting at Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center.
Formerly known as the Wine Tasting, Microbrew Sampling, and Auction, the event drew a crowd for an evening of food, drinks, and bidding.
Attendees sampled wine, tasted beer from Rocky Coulee Brewing Company, and enjoyed appetizers prepared by the Odessa High School Future Business Leaders of America.
Auction items included gift certificates, desserts, handcrafted goods...
