Davenport city pool set to open next month

DAVENPORT — As communities across the country recognize National Learn to Swim Day this Saturday, May 17, the Davenport city pool is preparing to reopen for the summer and is now accepting registrations for its 2025 swim lesson sessions.

The pool will officially open on Thursday, June 12, the same day Davenport schools release students for summer break.

Once open, the pool will operate Monday through Saturday, with swim lessons beginning at 8 a.m. and open swim starting at 1 p.m.
