Michael Baumgartner is hostile to his constituents and generally all Washingtonians.

He claims to be a “state’s rights guy”, as Republicans used to be until most congressional Republicans now cowardly won’t stand up against President Donald Trump’s wannabe all-powerful dictatorship.
