Andrew Jackson Scott, 96 year old pioneer of the Lord’s Valley passed away at the soldiers home in Orting, WA. Mr. Scott took up his homestead before the town of Harrington was founded.

Harold Tyndall, age 27, drowned last week wile fishing at Northrup lake, about 18 northwest of Odessa. Tyndall, an Almira man, fell from the boat he was trolling in with friend George Sanford.
