Community celebrates tradition

DAVENPORT - Sunshine, community spirit and a full slate of events made for another successful Pioneer Days weekend, held Friday through Sunday, July 18–20, according to Pioneer Days Chairwoman, Dawn Canfield.
Crowds turned out in force for classic events including the Davenport Road Knights Car Show, the Pioneer Days Parade, fun runs, a fishing derby, numerous vendors and a chalk art contest.
