DAVENPORT — A man accused of stealing a car earlier this year was granted a delay in his case Tuesday, July 29, after a new public defender was appointed and legal confusion stalled proceedings.
Scott C.J. Skenandore-Kieffer, 38, who faces charges for motor vehicle theft and related crimes, returned to Lincoln County Superior Court with his new court-appointed attorney, Victoria Iverson, representing him via Zoom while appearing for a different case in another county.
