Vogelsang leads hospital primary

ODESSA — A newcomer has taken an early lead in the race for Hospital District No. 1 Commissioner Position No. 4, according to preliminary results from the Aug. 5 primary election.

Barbara Vogelsang holds 49.44% of the vote, followed by Dee Deife with 27.97% and Marlon Schafer with 22.03%.
