Summer gardens are at peak production. Zucchini squash and cucumbers are abundant. A creamy cucumber salad is a refreshing addition to any summer meal. I recently tried a Better Homes and Gardens recipe for Creamy Cucumber Salad. The recipe gives the option of using dill or chives, but I put in both.
