No-contact order between mother and son
DAVENPORT - A Davenport man accused of taking prescription pills from his mother pleaded not guilty to a second-degree robbery charge in Lincoln County Superior Court.
Lincoln County Superior Court judge Adam Walser presided over the preliminary appearance of Victor Alfrado Jordan, 35, of Davenport, who attorney Dave Hearrean represented after filing for a public defender on Tuesday, Aug. 19.
Jordan agreed to the use of pretrial restraints, and Hearrean was formally appointed to represent him.
