DAVENPORT - A local man facing multiple domestic violence charges appeared in Lincoln County Superior Court on Tuesday, April 19, where his trial was again delayed following a request for a continuance.
Christopher Matthew Kilian, 48, and his public defender, Dave Hearrean, told the court Kilian had recently completed nearly three months of treatment and asked for more time before trial.
"I was in treatment for almost three months. It was great," Kilian said in court.
The judge moved the trial date to October 15, with a readiness hearing set for September 23.
