ODESSA - Food, games and community brought about 200 residents together Tuesday, Aug. 20, for Odessa's National Night Out, a campaign designed to strengthen relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve.
The event, originally scheduled for Tuesday, August 5, was held later this year due to scheduling conflicts.
Free hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, watermelon and ice cream were served, with the Odessa Fire Department and family members behind the grill. Odessa EMS handed out ice cream to attendees.
