Fresh baked cookies are a treat, even on a hot summer day, as long as there is a cold glass of milk or lemonade to accompany them. Some years ago I purchased some frozen cookie dough balls from kids selling them for a fundraiser. Finding it so convenient to bake one pan at a time, I thought why not do this with my own recipes. I have found that it works well with any high fat cookie, like chocolate chip or peanut butter.
