WILBUR - A local man accused of assaulting his estranged wife was arraigned in Lincoln County Superior Court Thursday, with a trial set for November.
Kevin Raymond Duclos, 37, faces one count of second-degree assault with a domestic violence allegation.
He entered a not-guilty plea during his arraignment before Superior Court Judge Adam Walser.
A no-contact order between Duclos and the victim was signed, restricting him from alcohol or drugs, requiring him to maintain his $10,000 bond, and forbidding travel outside Washington state. The bond has already been posted.
