DAVENPORT - Freeman High School's girls soccer team powered past Davenport, 9-1, in a Northeast 2B League matchup Tuesday, October 7, at Hering Field.
The Scotties struck early, with senior Rylee Russell scoring just two minutes in off an assist from sophomore Nora Gass. Russell went on to score four goals in total, while freshman Allison Gould added three goals and two assists. Gass contributed two goals, and freshman Delaney Abustallo tallied two assists.
