Creston voter turnout higher than usual
CRESTON — Early General Election results from Tuesday, Nov. 4, show Jackie Browder leading comfortably in the race for Creston mayor, with voter participation higher than in recent years.
Browder received 39 votes (66.1%), while Grady Houger earned 20 votes (33.9%). No write-in votes were recorded, bringing the total to 59 ballots cast.
