Notice of Public Hearing for the 2026 Preliminary Budget for the Town of Odessa. Notice is hereby given that the Odessa Town Council will meet in the Council Chambers at 21 E First Ave., for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the 2026 Preliminary Budget for the Town of Odessa on November 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. This facility is handicapped accessible. Arrangements needed for hearing impaired, can be made by contacting the Clerk’s Office by 12:00 p.m. on November 7th.
