DAVENPORT — A resolution has been reached in the case of a Cheney man accused of sexually assaulting a Davenport teen, according to his public defender, Dave Hearrean.
Andre Marcel Devous, 20, of Cheney, was charged in connection with an alleged assault that occurred Monday, Aug. 25, at a quadplex apartment in Davenport, court records show. Deputies were dispatched to Lincoln County Hospital after the teen reported the incident earlier that morning, records show.
