Conrad Schlimmer, of Odessa as well as Axel Carlson, Bendt Christensen, Soren Pederson, Otto Johnson, Fannie Evers and Joseph Lyons were the other residents granted citizenship last week.

Mrs. Margaret Inkster, pioneer Davenport resident passed away in Spokane recently, following a long illness. Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian Church.

The Edwall Basketball team defeated the Medical Lake team last week in Edwall, with a score of 21-18. A return game will be held next week in Medical Lake.
