Council approves street grant, dumpster deal

DAVENPORT — The Davenport City Council approved a grant agreement for city street improvements and a new rental arrangement for dumpster storage during its regular meeting Wednesday evening.

Mayor Jonathan Chapman called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Council members Heath Becker, Cody Jenkins, Cory Hollis, Lance Strite and Mike Wilkinson were present. Daniel Coriell and Patrick Katz were absent.

The council approved minutes from the previous meeting without changes. No police report or public hearing was presented.
