AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF 15TH STREET RIGHT OF WAY, CITY OF DAVENPORT, LINCOLN COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION
This ordinance vacates that portion of 15TH Street Right of Way (ROW) described as the east forty feet (40’) and the northly one hundred feet (100’) of the original eighty (80’) foot wide (ROW) of 15th Street starting at the northern border of the alley between Ross Street and the city limits line. The ROW is commonly known to be adjacent and bordering Lot 1, Block 79, Essig’s Addition to the City of Davenport.
