Schools, offices continue to observe break
DAVENPORT — The holiday season brought a shift in schedules across Lincoln County, with all government offices, including the Lincoln County Courthouse and the Record-Times, adjusting operations due to Christmas last week and New Year’s Day landing this week on Thursday, Jan. 1.
As a result, the Record-Times moved up press deadlines to make sure readers stayed up to date while staff enjoyed some well-earned time off.
Students in Davenport, Odessa, Harrington, Reardan-Edwall and at Christian Heritage are also enjoying a break, with classrooms reopening Monday, Jan. 5....
