Budget scrutiny dominates commissioners

DAVENPORT - Lincoln County commissioners grappled with budget constraints and vehicle acquisitions Monday, Feb. 2, approving a slate of financial measures while expressing reservations over unexpected expenditures in a session marked by fiscal scrutiny.
