State funding reductions loom for Odessa schools

ODESSA — Odessa School District faces potential funding challenges from proposed state budget cuts to K-12 education, but Superintendent Steve Fisk told the school board Tuesday the district remains financially stable thanks to conservative budgeting and strong local levy support.
