SPOKANE VALLEY - Reardan turned defense into dominance Friday night, smothering Davenport's top scorers and pulling away for a 63–50 victory over the Gorillas in the District 6 2B boys basketball tournament on Feb. 20.
The Screaming Eagles set the tone immediately, draining four 3 pointers in the opening minutes - two from Hunter Flaa - to race out to a 21–9 lead after one quarter. The early surge put Davenport on its heels and allowed Reardan to dictate the tempo the rest of the night.
