Spokane woman pleads not guilty to charges

LINCOLN — A Spokane woman pleaded not guilty Tuesday to second-degree identity theft and third-degree theft charges in a case involving a stolen check in nearby Lincoln, according to court records.

Danielle Breann Corbett, 35, of Spokane, appeared before Judge Adam Walser for arraignment, according to court records. Prosecutor Ty Albertson represented the state and public defender Dave Hearrean was appointed to represent her.

Corbett was ordered released pretrial. She signed an acknowledgment of rights and an omnibus order for discovery, according to court records.
