City truck hits parked car

DAVENPORT — A city truck backed into a parked dark blue Honda Civic in front of Davenport Auto Parts on Morgan Street, leaving visible blue paint transfer on the truck’s rear bumper.

George Edward Livingston of Davenport reported the collision shortly before noon April 1, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office reported. The driver of the 2013 Ford F250 city truck, Gregory Lee Walker, said he was unaware he had made contact while backing out of a parking spot.
