DAVENPORT — A two-vehicle crash April 12 led to a citation and a flurry of follow-up calls from the at-fault driver’s husband.
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office records showDestinee Lee Hoeye of Davenport was eastbound on 11th Street in a blue 2007 Mercury Milan when she struck a white 2017 GMC Sierra driven by Patrick John Finley of Davenport in the intersection with Merriam Street at about 8:06 p.m.
Hoeye’s husband, Donovan Allen Hoeye, called dispatch repeatedly, and believed his wife had entered the intersection first....
