9:06 a.m. — Death investigation. (Details redacted.)
10:14 a.m. — Medical. A 32-year-old male was reported with a possible alcohol overdose in a motel room; he was located and transported to Lincoln Hospital.
11:21 a.m. — Animal problem. A black pitbull was reported trying to attack a woman on her property; the dog was scared off with a pitchfork and the area was checked with negative results.
11:32 a.m. — Suspicious circumstances. Wilbur school staff reported a confused elderly man who showed up looking lost and hungry; he was trespassed from the school.
12:24 p.m. — Civil situation. A civil standby was conducted in Creston for property retrieval.
12:28 p.m. — Suspicious circumstances. A 911 hang-up from Davenport Elementary School was investigated and determined to be a spoofed call.
12:46 p.m. — Suspicious circumstances. A woman reported hearing screams of “help” near Tedrick Lane and Rock Rose Lane; it was determined to be a woman yelling at her dogs.
April 21

7:13 a.m. — Civil situation. A property owner reported theft of cattle panels from a leased corral on Boyle Road north of Davenport; both parties claimed ownership and the matter was referred to civil court.

1:18 p.m. — Juvenile problem. A mother reported her 14-year-old throwing a fit, breaking items and threatening to run away and use drugs; a deputy spoke with the juvenile and the mother was advised of at-risk youth options.
1:57 p.m. — Trespassing. A family reported barbed wire cut from a fence and tracks around barns at their cabin property on Boyle Road; nothing appeared missing and game cameras were planned.
4:40 p.m. — Traffic offense. Vehicles attending a school event were reported blocking a driveway in Wilbur; the area was cleared.
April 22

7:44 a.m. — Juvenile problem. The principal of Wilbur school reported a freshman suspected of drinking on the bus who refused a backpack search and ran off; the student was located later and the possible consumption of alcohol and running from the school will be handled by Wilbur School. No crime for LCSO.
14:09 p.m. — Citizen assist. A vehicle was unlocked at Subway, then at Lincoln County Pharmacy on Morgan Street.
17:27 p.m. — Civil situation. A man reported someone parking a junk RV on property he was told not to park on; there was a misunderstanding and the issue was resolved civilly.
18:30 p.m. — Fraud reported.
April 23

12:16 p.m. — Civil situation. A man reported being served a restraining order that included a minor who had lived with him full time; the juvenile was transported to grandparents and no violation occurred.
13:01 p.m. — Suspicious circumstances. Panic alarm at Wheatland Bank in Odessa; it was determined to be false and the bank was advised to have alarms checked.
13:45 p.m. — Traffic collision. A two-vehicle collision was reported at the back of the school; one driver had a suspended license and was arrested.
18:34 p.m. — Welfare check. A man requested a check on his friend who hadn’t answered calls; the friend was located alive and well.
18:43 p.m. — Trespassing. An elderly man was reported confused and standing around at Wilbur school; he was trespassed.
18:48 p.m. — Trespassing. A woman was reported trespassing at a house after permission to move in was revoked; the residence was checked and no one was inside.
19:02 p.m. — Commercial alarm. Panic alarm at Wheatland Bank; the building was secure with no signs of forced entry.
April 24

12:53 p.m. — Property found. A wallet was found at the Telford rest area on Highway 2 and returned to the owner.
1:29 p.m. — Animal problem. A woman reported dogs in her yard she did not trust; the owner was contacted and picked them up.
2:17 p.m. — Information. A man reported his vinyl fence vandalized; it was later determined to be wind damage.
3:21 p.m. — Suspicious circumstances. A man reported an adult male yelling and threatening to beat two children at the skate park; it was determined to be parental discipline.
April 25

5:53 a.m. — Welfare check. A man reported his girlfriend’s Life360 app showed her in the same spot for over three hours and she wasn’t answering; the vehicle was located with negative results.
11:38 a.m. — Welfare check. A man requested a check on his father with dementia; the father was located walking on Sunset Highway and was fine.
Multiple paper service calls occurred throughout the day. Other incidents included a controlled burn reported as a fire and a suspicious circumstances report involving road rage.
April 26

9:20 a.m. — Disabled vehicle. An abandoned disabled vehicle with no plates was reported; Washington State Patrol had tagged it the previous day.

11:18 a.m. — Suspicious circumstances. A Department of Transportation employee reported road rage involving a black and red Corvette on SR 21; it was determined to be a temper tantrum with no crime.
4:17 p.m. — Civil situation. A woman and her 10-year-old child reported issues with child custody and self-harm concerns at the father’s residence; it was determined to be a civil matter with no crime and prior CPS involvement noted.

8:34 p.m. — Fire. A controlled burn was reported; the responsible party was advised to call in next time.
10:19 p.m. — Threat. A man in Adams County reported threats from a person in Sprague; he was referred to the Adams County courthouse for a no-contact order.

Michael Gale Deardorff, 63, of Colville, was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for driving while license suspended or revoked as a habitual traffic offender and ignition interlock violation.
Jessica Marie Hagen, 34, of Sprague, was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault.
Willie Levi Jim, 37, of Goldendale, was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for ignition interlock violation.
Thurston Dylan Scanlon, 24, of Spokane Valley, was booked into the Lincoln County Jail on a Department of Corrections detainer.
